Meet Alisha, the proud owner of The Craft Collective, which she launched in December 2021 after a decade in the beauty industry. Her journey began in college while working at a local cosmetics shop, where she discovered her passion for beauty. In 2010, she decided to take the plunge and enroll in beauty school, setting her on an exciting path.
Alisha started her first bridal company, and it has flourished in the heart of Downtown/Midtown Reno. Throughout her career, she developed a special love for hair extensions, largely due to her own experiences with thin hair. This inspired her to specialize in extensions, but her commitment to boosting confidence also led her to offer Hair Replacement services for both men and women.
With a wealth of knowledge and experience, Alisha creates a relaxed and friendly atmosphere for her clients, ensuring they leave feeling fabulous. When she’s not in the salon, you can find her enjoying time with her husband and their adorable little boys at Lake Tahoe. Alisha can’t wait to meet you!

With over a decade of experience in the industry, Erin has honed her skills in grey blending and head massages. Her expertise also extends to hair extensions, ranging from k-tips to sewn-in methods. Recently, Erin has expanded her repertoire to include hair replacement, showcasing her exceptional talent in this area. . During her free time, she likes to unwind on a warm patio with a glass of wine.

Leticia Burke
Leticia Burke, a creative, passionate healthy hair artist with 8 years experience behind the chair has become a versatile, successful stylist. With training from some of the best stylists in Reno, as well as continued education through a pandemic, she has gained a unique skillset to craft beautiful hairstyles with hair restoration, extensions, as well as Special Occasion hair styles that compliment natural hair textures and coaching for her guests to achieve the same great style at home.
Her passion for hair began in high school and she answered her calling to help others. She followed her dream and attended beauty school in Reno, completed and received her Nevada State Board of Cosmetology license in 2002. Soon after receiving her license she stepped away from behind the chair to begin her family. When returning to the salon in 2014 she fell deep in love with her work, invested in her craft and gained experience to find her niche. She found her salon home at The Craft Collective. Reno where she can expand and concentrate on hair restoration, hair extensions as well as Curly hair and natural healthy hair textures.
